  • Cumin-1 tsp
  • 2 Chopped green chillies
  • Green peas boiled – 1 cup
  • Garam masala-1 teaspoon
  • Red chilli powder-1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder-1 tsp
  • Cream-2 tbsp
  • Coriander powder-1 tsp
  • Ginger – 1-inch piece
  • Asafoetida-2 pinch
  • Finely chopped onion-2
  • 2 Tomatoes cut into small pieces
  • Ghee-1 tablespoon
  • Salt- as per taste
  • Finely chopped coriander – 1 tablespoon
  • Oil- as required

Step 1: Boil soya chunks

To make Soya Chunks Recipe, first of all, boil the soya chunks in hot water for 15 to 20 minutes after boiling the soya chunks, take them out in a bowl and squeeze them with the help of your hands to remove the water.

Step 2: Add spices

Now put these soya chunks in a bowl, add 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon turmeric, 1 teaspoon red chili powder, half a teaspoon Kasuri methi, 1 teaspoon coriander powder, and half a teaspoon garam masala over them, now add 3 to 4 Add a spoon curd, mix everything well.

Step 3: Prepare the embroidery

Now heat 2 to 3 spoons of oil in a pan, add half a spoon of cumin and 1 spoon of whole coriander it, add 2 green chilies, 1-inch piece of ginger, and 5 to 6 garlic cloves, and fry well. Now add 1 finely chopped onion and fry it, now add half a teaspoon of turmeric and half a teaspoon of red chili powder and mix it.

Now add 1 roughly chopped tomato, add salt as per taste on top, mix everything well, and let it fry for 2 to 3 minutes, add green coriander and mix it and after 1 to 2 minutes turn off the gas. While making this recipe, the masala should not burn at all. Now put this masala in a mixer jar and grind it well.

Step 4: Make Soya Chunks Curry

Now add 2 spoons of oil in the same pan and heat it. Now add 2 bay leaves, 1 cinnamon stick, 1 big cardamom, 2 cloves, 2 small cardamoms, and half a spoon of black pepper, and heat it. Now add onion and tomato paste. (Which we had prepared earlier by grinding it in a mixer jar.

Now cook this masala well in the pan, keeping the gas flame low, now add the spiced soya chunks, increase the flame of the gas, and cook them well, now it will take about 3 to 5 minutes to cook. Take time, then after this add 2 cups of hot water in it, mix well, now cover it and let it cook for about 10 minutes.
